november 16th

today -

breakfast - one 1/2 cup tea

3/4 cup granola
i sm cup yogurt


lunch

salad - one 1 1/2 cup lettuce
one sm tomato, cucumber and one sm green onion

1/2 tin tuna fish

dinner

low fat coconut chicken soup with shrimp and allot of grean beens ( From davina's detox book ... i just added the green beens as i actually didnt eat the full lunch and was famished!! )

( basically how i made it was one can 400 mills low fat/sodium coconut milk ... though i didnt realise that you could low fat it but anyways..

400 mills low fat / sodium chicken stalk

2 chicken breasts, some shrimp that i just needed to cook and green beens

spice with fresh ginger and red peppers , frech lime ( i just used lemon juice ) and corriander!

now the bad bit - i had two bowls!!! thats whre i need to settle down sigh even with healthy food i binge a bit :S

1 penut butter cup as a snack!


i havent had as much water as i would like yet but i still have the rest of the evening :)

as for my pedo i have been wearing it since 5:30 am and i didnt walk allot today ( i was working on an assignment ) but i figured it was a good min. number - 4579 steps and 2.289 k - so tomorrow i will aim for 5k ( being its a sat )

skinny idiot

A new Journal ...

So i am taking a que from a few other people here and making a second journal specificaly for my weight journal and progress!!! and i am looking for friends for motivation, chat etc etc so please add me if you want :)

anyways i have posted my weight etc once before but as nothing has changed we are going to start from the top!!!
